Always extremely happy with the walk-in. It allows to keep the emergencies of Saint-Raymond and Saint-Marc for EMERGENCIES !!!

Le système de prise de rendez-vous par téléphone pour le "sans rendez-vous" a fonctionné super bien. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure indiqué et il n'y avait pas plus de 30 minutes de retard. Le médecin semblait compétent et était vraiment sympathique. Je n'ai pas toujous eu d'aussi bonnes expériences avec toutes les cliniques. I went there recently for my girlfriend and I can say that I am satisfied with the service. The telephone appointment system for "walk-in" worked great. We arrived on time and there was no more than 30 minutes late. The doctor seemed competent and was really friendly. I have not had such good experiences with all the clinics.

Seriously, the receptionists don't seem to want to work, very long waiting time to finally make me laugh in my face. Great!

J'apprécie énormément le Dre Cormier, mais je suis toujours très mal répondue par les réceptionnistes au téléphone. Tellement que j'ai décidé de commencer mes recherches pour changer de clinique. Elles ont toujours hâte de se débarrasser de nous, n'offrent pas de service, raccrochent avant même qu'on ait pu dire aurevoir. Bref, je vais essayer de trouver une nouvelle clinique pour mes enfants même si ce n'est pas évident, car je n'ai pas l'impression de recevoir un bon service malheureusement Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. I followed Dr. Cormier from the Pont-Rouge clinic. I really appreciate Dr. Cormier, but I am always very poorly answered by receptionists on the phone. So much so that I decided to start my research to change clinics. They are always anxious to get rid of us, do not offer service, hang up before we can even say goodbye.
