★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.El-Diwany is AMAZING! best doctor i've had! 10 Stars to him.
However, the service at this place is terrible. They called me to give me an appointment for my son and I was at work and told the lady to hang on so I could finish with some clients, she said "ok" and hung up after 1 minute, which is very ironic since I had to wait more than 45 minutes on hold the day before until they hung up on me, Three or four times. And each and every time we call they answer "just one second" and never picks up again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only write reviews if I'm totally satisfied or totally disappointed so i never was satisfied with this clinic but my family doctor (dr. Sanjab) is very human in his work and very professional but i went in emergency appointment so they give dr mehdi my appointment was at 9am i was there at 8:27 i got in at 9:50 +- the Dr saw me for 30 seconds and described my situation i asked him to listen to me to explain the details of my problem then he told yeah it's not that but it's the same medication for it so i showed him what i start taking for the past 24h so after spending a looong 60second of his time went and described something more powerful supposedly. so i left with long face knowing that he didn't do his job properly and i had no trust to take the medication but anyway i went to my pharmacy to buy the medication and have more infos my pharmacist laughed at me and told me he gave you the same medication you were taking but instead of 6 pills a day it will be only 4 a day ( so he lowered the dose instead) so with the little power the pharmacist has she modified the prescription to a higher dose . my point that when sick patients goes to the doctor and loose trust in them it's the worst can happen my problem wasn't deadly but very serious what will happen if the patient had an issue that could cause him his life and this dr will take it definitely as a joke. what i did i called the clinic after that and asked to see my dr ( sanjab) for my diabetes so luckily the lady gave the next day phone appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr Yesli was so thorough, kind and considerate! When I arrived for my first appointment, he already had pull up all my information and ordered the tests he felt were needed — and you don’t get the feeling he just wants to get on with the next person. I cant recommend them enough..

The receptionists are TERRIBLE. whether in person or over the phone they are cold and rude.
And the receptionists do not know how to manage the phone lines. I called, was immediately without a word put on hold for an HOUR, when receptionist FINALLY took the phone she said hello, I literally took 1/2 a second to grab my phone back and she hung up!!!! If you can put me on hold for an HR or even 10 mins you can wait up to 45seconds. That should be a policy! All these receptionists do is add more stress.
Now it seems impossible to even leave a voicemail (it's not an option anymore). I had an appointment and didn't receive the call and I can't get through either. What is the point of reception or appointments???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent for test never got a follow up, when called to ask for one simply told doctor doesn’t see necessary so If I still have concern book appointment again elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! The doctor is not even able to make a follow-up! I have been waiting 8 months for him to call me back with the results. This is nonesense and when I try to call the clinic they always hang up. I'd rather not see any doctor than go there
