Terrible experience every single time I come here and bad customer service. I was told to bring a form and when I gave it to the person at the front desk they told me they could not accept it unless there was a signature on it. When I showed them that it was indeed signed at the bottom of the page they told me they could still not help me and gave me a telephone number to call for assistance. The opening hours are disfunctional as well. I work 7am-5pm and have a half an hour lunch at 12pm. However they are closed at lunch from 12pm-1pm so it is almost impossible to visit unless I request time off from work. I am an anglophone but am able to speak amature French, if not I would most likely not get any service here. The person at the front desk could tell I was struggling but refused to speak any English to me. French only. I have worked in the public before and have always been told I must speak both languages. It is not very fair to be treated inequal. 0 stars!!!
