Oui, ils notent les commentaires, les enregistres mais n'en tiennent pas compte ou s'en servent contre vous. des décisions supers hâtives encore une sans consulter les parents et même s'ils s'aperçoivent directement devant toi, et admis par l'enfant, qu'il y a une série d'omissions de premiers niveau, de contradictions majeures ou autres. Bref, le témoignage de plusieurs pourrait se résumer ainsi: Si vraiment c'est une question d'agression direct ou la vie de l'enfant est en danger (appelle la police à la place) règlez vos problèmes par vous mêmes vous risquez d'en avoir moins (de problèmes). Les 2 étoiles sont alloués à 2 personnes connues dans le passées qui ont du jugement du vrai. Poor case management. Believe 100% of what the child says regardless of their history. They do not note the comments of the parents, ... Ils mettent des enfants en danger et s'en foutent totalement ! Ils ont même pas l'expérience et la capacité de jugement de savoir quel est le parent qui ment contre l'autre ! Des gens inhumain ! Où est l'aide aux victimes de la DPJ ?!?! Des criminels protégés par le système !!! Système de plainte fait rien. Et même quand on demande de l'aide plus haut placé ! Corrupt system that breaks up families! Heartless liars who don't give a damn about people's feelings and children's feelings. They are only there for the money! They put children in danger and don't give a damn! They don't even have the experience and the ability to judge which parent is lying against the other! Inhuman people! Where is the help for the victims of the DPJ?!?! Criminals protected by the system!!! Complaint system does nothing. And even when we ask for help from higher places!

The direction alongside many social workers will often aim to separate children from their families while failing or refusing to provide assistance for parents seeking to locate the appropriate services. The centre often struggles with simple things such as working with the families who are seeking to resolve both the complaint and case brought against them English-speaking families involved with the centre in Sherbrooke will experience a number of differences when compared to the French-speaking families The centre has extremely limited options for social workers and services provided in the English language which makes cooperation more difficult for those English-speaking families.
