★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour connaître plusieurs compagnies, celle-ci est la pire. Leurs agents ne connaissent pas bien l’anglais , ne maîtrise pas non plus nécessairement le français. Ceux-ci ne savent pas comment communiquer par les ondes radio, souvent en pensant que cela fonctionne comme un téléphone (alors que non pas du tout.) La répartition est fermée depuis des jours, donc si un agent est en difficulté , ne peut se présenter ou encore que les clients veulent contacter la compagnie pour un problème avec un agent ou autre, c’est actuellement impossible. Ils mentent aussi au sujet des relèves en disant que l’agent est en chemin alors qu’ils savent clairement qu'ils n’y a personne en route. Le seul point positif: il y a QUELQUES agents qui sont de très bons agents dans cette compagnie mais ils sont le 1% de celle-ci. Je vous recommande n’importe quelle autre compagnie, mais certainement pas celle-ci! Bonne journée!
 To know several companies, this is the worst. Their agents do not know English well, nor do they necessarily master French. These don't know how to communicate over radio waves, often thinking it works like a phone (when it doesn't at all.) Dispatch has been closed for days, so if an agent is in trouble, can't get out. present or that customers want to contact the company for a problem with an agent or other, it is currently impossible. They are also lying about the reliefs, saying the agent is on the way when they clearly know no one is on the way. The only positive point: there are SOME agents who are very good agents in this company but they are the 1% of it. I recommend any other company to you, but definitely not this one! Have a good day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne peux pas parler pour tous les agents de cette compagnie mais sur les 5 sur 6 que j'ai rencontré au "1000 rue Ottawa" ( montreal) professionnalisme déplorable!
Une soiree un jeune environ 20 ans remplaçait et il a fait une fête sur la piscine du 21 eme... offrait de l'alcool aux gens... on a faillu avoir une altercation ... la police a été appellée et des plaintes ont été faites par locataires et proprios.
Jai dailleurs personnellement fait une plainte a l administration. Hier apres midi encore je me baignais et on est venu me demander mon nom ... pour aucune raison valable! apres avoir refuser lagent est parti... il s est assis a la porte et nous fixais mon amie et moi... pourtant les autres piscine doivent être surveillées aussi ... mais il restait là à nous épier... cest malaisant On a l impression qu'ils ont une " folie de grandeur " ( un power trip pcq ils sont sécurité...) c'est désolant!
I cannot speak for all the agents of this company but on the 5 out of 6 that I met at "1000 rue Ottawa" (montreal) deplorable professionalism!
One evening a young man about 20 years old replaced and he had a party on the swimming pool of the 21st ... offered alcohol to people ... we almost had an altercation ... the police were called and complaints were made by tenants and owners.
I personally made a complaint to the administration. Yesterday afternoon I was swimming again and someone came to ask me my name ... for no valid reason! after refusing the agent left ... he sat at the door and stared at me and my friend ... yet the other swimming pools must be supervised too ... but he remained there to spy on us ... it is uneasy We has the impression that they have a "madness of grandeur" (a pcq power trip they are safe ...) it's sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne respecte pas le décret des agents de sécurité. Profite de leur agent en leur faisant utiliser leur propre voiture sans prime applicable. Et surtout ne paie pas les employés
