★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review does not reflect on the competence of the individuals there. They could be amazing at what they do but who would know when they don’t answer their phone. My response to them after they called me 2 hours after I contacted them:
“You know I’ve never tried therapy before. I looked you guys up online yesterday. You had your business hours at 11am. I called so many times. And you called me back at 12:30pm. Just like you facebook me back. I am not sure how your office works. But I run an office and a team of 15 and the fact that your google doesnt show hours, and your website does, and when you call no one answers. And you call back 2 hours later. It’s a wellness office. People who call arent well!!! You guys need to get it together just as much as we do. We need to be greated by a nice receptionist not a machine. We need people available when we arent well. Not when they decide to come in for work. The kicker is, you guys are 10 mins from my office. Would have been a perfect fit. But I found somewhere else. They answered. They were lovely. They were available. They were professional.”
