A	Anne Beaudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La réceptionniste ne sais vraiment ce qu'elle fait. Une minute, elle te dit que tu paies à la tonne et l'autre minute elle te dit que c'est visuel. Je lui repose la question; "c'est visuel ou à la tonne" Elle me répond avec une air d'impatience et mécontente, qu'elle ne le sais pas !! Bravo !! Super bon service ! The receptionist doesn't really know what she is doing. One minute she tells you that you pay by the ton and the other minute she tells you it's visual. I put the question back to him; "it's visual or by the ton" She answers me with an air of impatience and dissatisfaction, that she does not know !! Well done !! Super good service!
B	Benoit Beaulieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le propriétaire de l’entreprise Mr Riopelle, n’a aucun respect pour ses clients et traite ses employés comme du bétail. Son moyen de communication avec tous est de crier et d’insulter. J’ai été clients pour plus de 20 ans et été témoin de multitudes d’événement. La pire était la fois ou un client avait apporté une douzaine de canette froide pour ses employés du tri en guise de cadeau et reconnaissance du fait qu’il travaillait à 35 degré en pleine canicule dans une odeur des plus nauséabonde. Mr Riopelle a pris les canettes et les a jeté au sol en les vidant en leur criant qu’ils avaient pas de break! Pauvre eux d’avoir à travailler pour ce type de patron…son manque de respect envers ses clients et tous et moi même a souvent été des plus désagréable et totalement irrespectueux. Un gros vent de toxicité! Je ne recommande pas d’encourager ce commerce. Risque à vos pneus également, des crevaisons fréquentes sur son site jonché de clous et autres détriments est le dernier de ses soucis…bonne journée à vous tous. The owner of the company Mr Riopelle, has no respect for his customers and treats his employees like cattle. His way of communicating with everyone is to shout and insult. I have been clients for over 20 years and witnessed multitudes of events. The worst was the time when a customer brought a dozen cold cans for his sorting employees as a gift and recognition that he was working at 35 degrees in the middle of a heat wave in a most nauseating smell. Mr Riopelle took the cans and threw them on the ground, emptying them, shouting that they had no break! Poor them to have to work for this type of boss… his lack of respect towards his clients and everyone and myself has often been most unpleasant and totally disrespectful. A big wind of toxicity! I do not recommend encouraging this trade. Risk to your tires as well, frequent punctures on his nail-strewn site and other detriments is the least of his worries… have a nice day everyone.
J	J F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever been to. They literally are always on break. All of them take break and lunch and close up shop 15 minutes before and after. If you go make sure you're ready to wait for 30+ minutes because they can't cycle workers apparently

They can't let you in between 10 and 10:15, 12 and 12:30, 3 and 3:15 for "break" but they're not doing anything anyways. Plus, went at 9:54 (as I was trying to beat the 10 break) and apparently they were already on break.

J	J Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to use them for all our containers but they started bringing in containers with huge holes in them. The bins shouldn't even be used horrible condition and the trucks used for pickup are in even worst shape. Also the billing amount didn't reflect the actual weight we put into the bin. I wish I could attach a picture here proving my point about bin condition and this was not a one time occurrence it was weekly. Started using another company at least I know there bins are safe now and no one will get hurt on my job site.
H	Harley D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here at least 20 times with my little 5.5 foot pickup box and a little 4x8 trailer and it has always been $45.99 but now they are suddenly charging double for the little bit of stuff in the pickup box. $90 to dump just a few more things than I can carry in the trailer, such a rip off. I could fit way more in a slightly larger trailer if I had one and still pay the $45.99. The second last time I went I got a flat tire from a nail. The condition of the place is unbelievablely bad, massive truck eating pot holes and metal all over the roadway. The dumping area is extremely dangerous, the dumpsters are not pushed right up to the ledge and I almost fell in between the ledge and the dumpster once or twice. I will find a new place from now on.
Y	Yodaman Solo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well what can you really say about a business like this? It is what it is and it’s meant for exactly what its meant for. To dump your unwanted recyclable items or garbage. I’m quite sure it’s difficult to keep it tidy and clean because it’s unrealistic. As for the fees involved, well they have to sustain the business somehow and as for myself I think it’s a convenience fee because all you need to do is dump your items and you’re done with it. Actually I didn’t even pay a fee on my last trip because all the items I brought were of metal materials. ?☺️
