I went for my sample around 2:50 p.m. and the clerk told me that they don't take a sample after 2:45 p.m. ... It's not very useful when you work ...

Très bête nous dit qu’habituellement quand il y a cette note c’est que c’est fermé. Vraiment pas clair. Bref, on entre. Les indications ne sont pas clair, j’essaie de figurer et elle est toujours aussi bête... « assoyez-vous! » sur la porte c’est écris de cogner... jamais je n’y retournerai. Arriving this morning, a note in the door saying the lab is closed. I decide to wait a bit. Finally a woman shows up. Very stupid tells us that usually when there is this note it is closed. Really unclear. In short, we enter. The directions aren't clear, I'm trying to figure it out and she's still so dumb ... "Sit down! "Knock on the door ... I will never go back.

Elle est seule et arrive à faire en sorte qu’il n’y est pas trop d’attente étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un service sans rendez-vous. Je recommande beaucoup Dynacare pour vos prises de sang . Elle m’a mentionné l’importance de vérifier les heures d’ouvertures sur le site de Dynacare avant de se présenter et non sur Google, pour obtenir des informations précises en cas de fermeture d’urgence. Elle est très occupée mais reste souriante et professionnelle ! Indication claires sur la porte pour bien expliquer le fonctionnement et toute l’information nécessaires sur le site aussi ! Par contre sur le site il devrait être inscrit que nous devons débourser des frais car il s’agit d’une clinique privée et n’ont pas les même prix que chez Dynacare à ottawa étant donné que ce n’est pas la même province, mais le Service en vaut la peine. The nurse who works at this center is really sweet. She is on her own and manages to make sure that there isn't too much of a wait as this is a walk-in service. I highly recommend Dynacare for your blood tests. She mentioned to me the importance of checking the opening hours on the Dynacare site before showing up, and not on Google, to get specific information in the event of an emergency shutdown. She is very busy but remains smiling and professional! Clear indication on the door to explain the operation and all the necessary information on the site too! On the other hand, on the site it should be written that we have to pay fees because it is a private clinic and do not have the same prices as at Dynacare in ottawa since it is not the same province, but the Service worth it.

M	Mel Bartlett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew that I had to check in online, but expected to wait 5-10 minutes and drove here anyway so that I wouldn't miss my appt if I was first/second. I checked in at 7:32 and there's a nearly 50 minute wait online already- yet I'm not seeing any other clients in the parking lot??? edit- I've since used this lab multiple times and have not had a problem with wait time since. I suggest that when possible, to use the net check in after 11 am and in the afternoon. My first test had to be done in the a.m. when it was busy.
R	Ray Walli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In and out in less than 10 minutes. The nurse did not speak English but she was very friendly and accommodating. I came right when they opened at 7:30 am and there was nobody else there. I would recommend this Dynacare location.
