★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les docteures sont vraiment gentille et elles sont vraiment à jour pour ce qui est de leurs connaissances/soins. Les secrétaires sont merveilleuses aussi et elles s'adaptent à votre horaire.
The doctors are really nice and they are really up to date with their knowledge / care. Secretaries are wonderful too and they adapt to your schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service reçu ma famille et moi de la dentiste et les hygiénistes-dentaires a toujours été incomparable. Toutefois, l'accueil au téléphone laisse à désirer. Il y a comme parfois un grand manque de courtoisie et même de respect.Je ne sais pas si c'est le comportement affiché envers tous les clients.
Je voudrais ajouter que j'ai dû annuler les rendez-vous que mon épouse avait pris pour mes enfants pour le mois de novembre et ne plus prendre un pour moi car la personne au téléphone a été désagréable dans sa façon de me répondre.
The service my family and I have received from the dentist and dental hygienists has always been second to none. However, the reception on the telephone leaves much to be desired. There is sometimes a great lack of courtesy and even respect, I don't know if this is the behavior displayed towards all customers.
I would like to add that I had to cancel the appointments that my wife had made for my children for the month of November and no longer take one for me because the person on the phone was rude in their way of answering me.
