★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun suivi, plusieurs appels et courriels pour obtenir le résumé de nos rencontres de médiations familiales, deux mois plus tard, malgré le message de leur boîte vocale qu’ils vont nous rappeler dans les 24 hrs !!! Aucun retour d’appels, je ne recommande pas ce centre de médiation, aucunement professionnel ni responsable. Pratiquement impossible de parler a une personne responsable pour formuler nos demandes et avoir un suivi. Ne payer pas la facture avant d’avoir tout vos documents.
No follow-up, several calls and emails to get the summary of our family mediation meetings two months later, despite their voicemail message that they will call us back within 24 hours !!! No return calls, I do not recommend this mediation center, in no way professional or responsible. Almost impossible to speak to a responsible person to formulate our requests and to have a follow-up. Don't pay the bill until you have all your documents.

Très insatisfait du travail de maitre Fournier
Fournier voulais absolument que quelqu’un paye a l’autre , peu importe qui, l’important cest quel quelqu’un doit payer l’autre, des ententes a zero, elle n’en veux pas, ( j’imagine que ce n’est pas très bon pour la bisness)
En plus d’avoir fait tout sauf ce qui lui était demandé, madame c’est trompé dans cest heures de facturation, je lui disais depuis le debut que je ne voulais pas dépasser les 2.5 heures payé par le gouvernement, et je men suis assuré tout au long du processus en lui redemandant souvent nous étions rendu a combien? Et voila que le dossier est clos , et ont recois un courriel ou elle nous dit quelle cest trompé et quelle va nous facturer 2 heures supplémentaires, tout ca pour un travail fait n’importe comment,.

In addition to having done everything except what was asked of her, Madam, it was wrong in these billing hours, I told her from the start that I did not want to exceed the 2.5 hours paid by the government, and I am sure throughout the process, often asking him how much we had reached? And now the file is closed, and we received an email where she told us that it was wrong and that she was going to charge us for 2 additional hours, all that for a job done anyhow.
