While going to retrieve the personal effects in my vehicle after an accident, I was verbally harassed by an employee who had obviously not had a good day.

À notre arrivée, il nous à fait comprendre qu'il n'avait pas de temps à perdre sans raison valable. Il nous à dit que notre voiture était stationnée dans sa cours. Il me semble quand tu remorque une voiture accidenté c'est pour l'emmener dans ton stationnement. Monsieur n'a pas voulu me donner une copie de la facture. J'ai dû tellement à la sûreté du Québec pour pour avoir ma facture. Il m'a facture 400$ pour emmener ma voiture 5 minutes plus loin. À éviter très très impoli, depouvu de bonne manière. Manque d'éducation flagrant. Very bad, the owner was very aggressive. We did not even have time to put a word that he began to attack us verbally. When we arrived, he made us understand that he had no time to lose for no good reason. He told us that our car was parked in his yard. It seems to me when you tow a car accident is to take it in your parking lot. Sir did not want to give me a copy of the bill. I owed so much to the security of Quebec to have my bill. He charged me $ 400 to take my car 5 minutes farther. To avoid very very rude, decent in a good way. Lack of blatant education.

After calling the police for a missing vehicle, I tried to call nearby towing company's in case someone had called them directly to remove my guest's vehicle from one of my paid parking. I called this place and it was instantly picked up by a man who wasn't in the best mood and basically raised his voice yelling "what?" as I tried to speak french then when he realized what I was trying to ask, he began to cuss me out saying " it's too early in the morning to be calling, why aren't you calling the cops" and hung up before I could add a word in. Not something someone who was in a stressful situation wanted to deal with. Extremely Unprofessional.
