â â â â â Déçue du cours en Infographie.
-Les cours ne sont pas Ă jour, par exemple on apprenait Ă se servir de Muse... Plus personne ne l'utilise, l'application ne se met plus Ă jour depuis longtemps.
-Les exercices sont des maquettes dont on doit refaire exactement pareilles. Les exercices créatifs se font rare. De plus, il n'y a rien mis en place pour nous aider avec la créativité.
-à plusieurs reprises des erreurs de français ou des fautes de frappes ont été trouvé. Lorsqu'on le mentionnait, on se faisait dire qu'ils le savaient depuis longtemps et ne changeaient rien.
-Les chroniques utilisĂ©es pour notre apprentissage datent de plus de 5 ans. L'interface des applications a changĂ©e, il peut ĂȘtre difficile de se retrouver.
J'ai cependant aimé la plupart des profs, ils sont souriants et compréhensifs.

-The lessons are not up to date, for example we learned to use Muse ... Nobody uses it anymore, the application has not been updated for a long time.
-The exercises are models that we must redo exactly the same. Creative exercises are rare. Plus, there is nothing in place to help us with creativity.
- On several occasions French errors or typos were found. When we mentioned it, we were told that they had known it for a long time and were not changing a thing.
-The chronicles used for our training date back more than 5 years. The application interface has changed, it can be difficult to find your way around.
However, I liked most of the teachers, they are smiling and understanding.

Jâai la chance dâavoir des enseignants passionnĂ©s, Ă lâĂ©coute et profondĂ©ment dĂ©vouĂ©s, qui ont eu chacun Ă leur maniĂšre un impact considĂ©rable sur mon dĂ©veloppement. Sans eux, je ne serais probablement pas la personne que je suis aujourdâhui, sĂ©lectionner un professeur qui mâa influencĂ© nâa vraiment pas Ă©tĂ© Ă©vident, ils ont Ă©tĂ© nombreux Ă mâavoir marquĂ©e aux fils du temps.
JâĂ©tĂ© rĂ©fĂ©rer par une amie qui jadis avais fait sa formation en soutien informatique, en un mot je me rappel, elle mâavait dit tu ne vas jamais regretter dâavoir passĂ© par le Centre de Formation Marie-Rollet bien au contraire, la preuve jâaime ce centre il mâa tellement appris.
Sans oublier le personnel de la direction qui nous accompagne nous oriente nous Ă©coute, nous guide, nous conseil aux moindres petits problĂšmes.

Soon to graduate, I am rather fortunate in terms of good teachers throughout my training course in computer support.
I am fortunate to have passionate, attentive and deeply dedicated teachers, each in their own way having a tremendous impact on my development. Without them, I probably wouldn't be who I am today, selecting a teacher who influenced me was really not easy, many of them have marked me over the years.
I was referred by a friend who had once done her training in computer support, in a word I remember, she told me you will never regret having gone through the Marie-Rollet Training Center on the contrary, the proof I love this center it taught me so much.
Without forgetting the management staff who accompany us guide us, listen to us, guide us, advise us on the smallest problems.

â â â â â J'ai tentĂ© de faire une formation en secrĂ©tariat en janvier 2020. Je m'Ă©tais inscrite un mois Ă l'avance, dans le but d'ĂȘtre prĂȘte pour la rentrĂ©e; bref, rien n'Ă©tait prĂȘt pour moi, cela m'a prit trois semaines avant que je puisse avoir mes codes d'accĂšs et ma carte Ă©tudiante. Je me suis vraiment dit qu'avoir su, je n'aurais pas payer d'avance. On m'a solliciter plusieurs fois, car l'Ă©cole croyait que je n'avais pas payer mes frais.
L'établissement tombe en ruine: à ma premiÚre journée, l'école a été évacuée, car un incendie à failli se déclencher dans l'aération de l'école. Une piÚce s'était détachée et surchauffait. Deux heures à me tourner les pouces, attendant de commencer mon cours.
De plus, les prix pour les manuels et cahiers d'activités étaient beaucoup plus cher que qu'est-ce qu'ils devaient vraiment coûter à la base.
Quatre-cent page pour apprendre comment Word fonctionne et des mises en situation impossibles dans un cadre de travail, c'est une vraie mauvaise blague.
Sans compter que je n'ai pas réussi à faire le cours, tellement que je me sentais juger du regard par les autres. L'une des personnes de ma classe m'avait fait un commentaire désagréable, parce que j'avais mal épelé un mot, et les autres ont rit (à ce que je sache. des erreurs, ça arrive).
MĂȘme ma tutrice agissait de la sorte avec moi. Je pouvais partir une semaine complĂšte, et mĂȘme si je tenais de lui donner des nouvelles, elle ne rĂ©pondait jamais.
Je ne me sentais pas du tout Ă ma place. J'ai voulu en parler, mais le personnel n'est ni professionnel, ni humain.
Je ne recommande pas cette Ă©cole. Il y a tellement mieux ailleurs!
I tried to do a secretarial training in January 2020. I had registered a month in advance, in order to be ready for the start of the school year; in short, nothing was ready for me, it took me three weeks before I could have my access codes and my student card. I really said to myself that having known, I would not have to pay in advance. I was approached several times because the school believed that I did not have to pay my fees.
The school is falling apart: on my first day, the school was evacuated because a fire almost broke out in the school ventilation. A part had come loose and was overheating. Two hours twiddling my thumbs, waiting to start my class.
In addition, the prices for the books and activity books were much more expensive than what they really had to cost at the base.
Four hundred pages to learn how Word works and impossible scenarios in a work environment, that's a real bad joke.
Not to mention that I did not manage to do the course, so much that I felt myself being judged by the eyes of others. One of the people in my class gave me a nasty comment, because I misspelled a word, and the others laughed (as far as I know, mistakes happen).
Even my tutor did this to me. I could go for a full week, and even if I wanted to update her, she never answered.
I didn't feel like I belonged at all. I wanted to talk about it, but the staff are neither professional nor human.
I do not recommend this school. There is so much better elsewhere!

â â â â â apres 1 an Ă m'avoir mit Ă la porte apres le premier stage, je dois dire que cette Ă©cole m'a fait voir de toutes les couleurs non seulement ils m'ont brisĂ© mon rĂȘve de devenir secrĂ©taire mais ils m'ont enlevĂ© ma confiance que j'avais en moi....je dĂ©crirais pas tout ce que j'ai vĂ©cue Ă cette Ă©cole mais mettre un eleve dehors apres son premier stage et surtout lorsque la pandĂ©mie a commencer en mars 2020, j'appelle ca ne pas ĂȘtre humain.....je recommande pas cette Ă©cole Ă personne car aucun des enseignants et le personnel de l'Ă©cole sont comprĂ©hensifs sur ta situation...
after 1 year of having kicked me out after the first internship, I must say that this school made me see all the colors not only did they break my dream of becoming a secretary but they took away my confidence I had in myself .... I would not describe everything I experienced at this school but putting a student out after his first internship and especially when the pandemic started in March 2020, I call that not human being.....I do not recommend this school to anyone because none of the teachers and school staff are understanding of your situation...

â â â â â BientĂŽt finissant, j'adore la gestion de l'Ă©cole, le tact avec lequel les enseignants et administratifs utilisent Ă l'Ă©gard des apprenants, malgrĂ© les conditions difficiles liĂ©es a la pandĂ©mie mais je vous assure vous avez Ă©tĂ© Ă la hauteur et vous vous en sortez correctement. Je suis content et satisfait. Je suis venu tĂȘte vide en matiĂšre d'informatique et bientĂŽt je sortirai avec des compĂ©tences requises pour devenir technicien de support informatique et rĂ©seau.
Soon to be finishing, I love the management of the school, the tact with which teachers and administrators use towards learners, despite the difficult conditions linked to the pandemic, but I assure you you have been up to the task and you exit correctly.
