La nature environnemante et l'établissement sont supers (plaisirs des yeux, confort des biens, sentiers et randonnées) et la cure fait un bien fou. J'ai amélioré ma santé et mon esprit. J'ai appris sur le fonctionnement du corps et j'ai trouvé cela vraiment éclairant alors que ce n'était pas un sujet qui m'attirait particulièrement avant. Je reviens grandie et avec des outils intérieurs pragmatiques qui vont m'aider à continuer d'évoluer sainement. Merci à Sylvie et Rino pour l'accompagnement. My stay exceeded my expectations on all levels. The surrounding nature and the establishment are great (pleasures for the eyes, comfort of the goods, trails and hikes) and the cure does a world of good. I improved my health and my mind. I learned about how the body works and found it really enlightening when it wasn't a subject that particularly appealed to me before. I come back grown and with pragmatic inner tools that will help me continue to evolve healthily. Thanks to Sylvie and Rino for the support.

C’est avec beaucoup d’émotion et de reconnaissance que je remercie Sylvie et Rino pour leur encouragement, leur professionnalisme, leur bienveillance et bien sûr leur connaissance incroyable et leur amour du partage. Je repars pleine de bien-être, je me sens reconstruite, pleine de vie, reposée, en harmonie et prête pour de nouveaux défis et c’est grâce à l’accompagnement lors des ateliers d’intelligence émotionnelle de Sylvie. L’endroit est charmant, reposant, confortable et enveloppant. Si vous hésitez !! alors n’hésitez plus et allez-y, vous ressortirez avec tellement plus qu’une simple cure de jeûne, je vous le garantis. Ce n’était pas pas ma 1ere cure de jeûne et celle-ci est clairement au dessus de toutes les autres! Encore merci, bonne continuation et longue vie au centre de Sylvie. Je vais revenir c’est certain. I would go beyond the recommendation, you have to live this magnificent and absolute experience of cure! It is with great emotion and gratitude that I thank Sylvie and Rino for their encouragement, their professionalism, their kindness and of course their incredible knowledge and their love of sharing. I leave full of well-being, I feel rebuilt, full of life, rested, in harmony and ready for new challenges and it is thanks to the support during Sylvie's emotional intelligence workshops. The place is charming, relaxing, comfortable and enveloping. If you hesitate!! so do not hesitate any longer and go for it, you will come out with so much more than a simple fasting cure, I guarantee it. It was not my first fasting cure and this one is clearly above all the others! Thank you again, good continuation and long life in the center of Sylvie. I will come back for sure.

La force du centre de cure Sylvie Poison est d'adresser les émotions et cela fait une grosse différence. J'ai adoré les formations qui sont clair et approfondie sur la santé et le bien-être. Merci Sylvie et Rino pour ce bon moment !! A heavenly chalet, a luxury room, in short, a place where well-being is omnipresent. The cure itself is easy, good and pleasant to do. The strength of the Sylvie Poison cure center is to address the emotions and that makes a big difference. I loved the trainings which are clear and thorough on health and well-being. Thank you Sylvie and Rino for this good time!!

Avec son conjoint Rino, deux êtres dévoués et aimants qui font le meilleur pour que l'on soit bien. Deux êtres créatifs et pleins de délicates intentions. La cure fait vraiment du bien et en bonus leur bienveillance bonifie le tout. Really excellent, it is a very beautiful place in nature. Sylvie, a woman of experience, is an expert in what she teaches and advises. With her spouse Rino, two devoted and loving beings who do the best for us to be well. Two creative beings full of delicate intentions. The cure is really good and as a bonus their benevolence improves everything.

Je repars avec tellement plus.. Beaucoup d'information au niveau de la nutrition, comment prendre soin de moi et faire la paix. J'appréhendais la portion jeune partiel de la cure mais tout s'est très bien déroulé. Sylvie et Rino sont toujours là pour répondre à toutes nos questions ce qui nous met totalement en confiance. Superbe endroit, forêt magnifique, c'est ce que je recherchais! Wonderful stay! I was going there to refocus on myself and do the emotional cleaning that I had needed so much for years.. I leave with so much more.. Lots of information on nutrition, how to take care of myself and make peace. I was apprehensive about the partial young portion of the treatment, but everything went very well. Sylvie and Rino are always there to answer all our questions, which gives us total confidence. Great place, beautiful forest, that's what I was looking for!

Je crois que c’est le seul centre au Québec qui offre autant de bagage pour comprendre notre machine, le corps. First experience for me! After a week, I've learned about my body, learned about my mind, and I'm leaving with a good foundation for achieving my goals and dreams. You must do this at least once in your life! I believe that this is the only center in Quebec that offers so much background to understand our machine, the body.
