A	Anne Fleury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci à toute l’équipe du troisième qui ont eu un professionnalisme que je ne peux décrire à quel point ils ont été présents et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Merci à Serge, Joëlle Nadeau, Josée Nadeau, Guylaine, Nathalie, et j’oublie les autres noms, pardonnez-moi. Aux nouvelles, on parle de la maltraitance des aînés par les préposés et infirmières, bien laissez moi vous dire que ce n’est pas vrai partout. Aux 2 heures, on venait frictionner mon beau- père avec de la crème, on lui changeait de couches deux fois par jour, on lui faisait sa toilettes tous les matins, chaque fois qu’on le médicamentait, on le touchait, lui parlait pour l’en aviser même si on l’avait induit en coma. Le personnel aussi venait nous voir, nous parler, répondre à nos questions et même après le décès, ma belle-maman a reçu un téléphone de Serge pour lui souhaiter ses sympathies et lui dire à quel point, il aurait aimé être présent au moment de son dernier souffle. Du bon personnel, il y en a. Ça aussi, ça mériterait de passer aux nouvelles. Pourquoi toujours s’acharner et stresser le publique avec de mauvaise nouvelles? Pourquoi ne pas le rassurer plutôt en les informants que la bientraitance, ça existe aussi? BRAVO ET ENCORE MERCI DE TOUT COEUR, VOTRE PRÉSENCE A ÉTÉ BÉNÉFIQUE ET A FAIT EN SORTE QUE CES 4 JOURS AGONISANTS ONT ÉTÉ TELLEMENT PLUS FACILE DE TRAVERSER CETTE ÉTAPE. SANS VOTRE PRÉSENCE, NOUS NE SERIONS PAS DANS L’ÉTAT « ZEN » QUE NOUS SOMMES PRESENTEMENTS ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you to the whole team in the third room who had a professionalism that I can not describe, how present they were and how attentive to our needs. Thanks to Serge, Joëlle Nadeau, Josée Nadeau, Guylaine, Nathalie, and I forget the other names, forgive me. On the news there is talk of elder abuse by attendants and nurses, well let me tell you that is not true everywhere. Every 2 hours, we came to rub my father-in-law with cream, we changed his diapers twice a day, we washed him every morning, every time we medicated him, we touched him, talked to him to notify him even if he had been induced into a coma. The staff also came to see us, talk to us, answer our questions and even after the death, my mother-in-law received a phone from Serge to wish him his sympathies and tell him how much he would have liked to be present at the time of his last breath. Good staff, there are. That too deserves to be on the news. Why always bother and stress the public with bad news? Why not reassure him rather by informing them that well-treatment also exists? CONGRATULATIONS AND AGAIN THANKS FROM THE HEART OF YOUR HEART, YOUR PRESENCE WAS BENEFICIAL AND MAKES THESE 4 AGONIZING DAYS SO EASIER TO GO THROUGH THIS STAGE. WITHOUT YOUR PRESENCE, WE WOULD NOT BE IN THE "ZEN" STATE WE ARE NOW ❤️❤️❤️
