★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous somme pris avec cet hôpital de seconde classe où les heures d'attente sont interminables. Salle d'attente trop petite, pas facile pour ceux qui souffre de claustrophobie ( hôpital St Joseph est PIRE) J'avais un début de Zona facial et après 3 heures je suis revenue me gratter chez moi en paix et je n'ai jamais eu mes antiviraux. Ça aurais pris 2 minutes au docteur pour me prescrire des antiviraux qui doivent être pris en dedans de 24 heures. Comme si le zona n'étais pas un cas urgent.....Donc c'est à vous de décider, mourir chez vous ou dans la salle d’attente minable de l’hôpital Cloutier.
 We are taken with this second class hospital where the waiting hours are endless. Waiting room too small, not easy for those who suffer from claustrophobia (St Joseph Hospital is EIRE) I had a facial Zona start and after 3 hours I came back to scratch my home in peace and I never had my antivirals. It would have taken 2 minutes to the doctor to prescribe antivirals that must be taken within 24 hours. As if the shingles were not an urgent case ..... So it's up to you to decide, die at home or in the shabby waiting room of Cloutier Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier, je suis allée avec une amie à l'urgence. En arrivant, il on passé une radiographie pour savoir si il y avait une fracture. On a attendu 5 heures pour que le médecin dise à mon amie que les radios seront regarder le lendemain par un radiologiste. Pourquoi attendre 5 heures. Il est où le problème? J'ai beaucoup de difficulté à comprendre. Pourquoi lors de la radiographie, la technicienne lui a pas dit : retourner chez vous, les radios seront demain par le radiologiste. Désolée, mais je comprend pas.
Yesterday, I went with a friend to the emergency room. When he arrived, he had an x-ray to find out if there was a fracture. We waited 5 hours for the doctor to tell my friend that the X-rays will be looked at the next day by a radiologist. Why wait 5 hours. Where is the problem? I have great difficulty understanding. Why during the x-ray, the technician did not tell him: go home, the x-rays will be tomorrow by the radiologist. Sorry, but I don't understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour les services que j'y ai reçus à plusieurs reprises, avec le sourire, et professionnalisme dans un contexte de changements, d'ajustements et de coupures budgétaires, qui n'est pas facile. Cet hôpital est nécessaire et apprécié, même s'il a besoin d'amour. Je leur lève mon chapeau!
For the services that I received there on several occasions, with a smile, and professionalism in a context of changes, adjustments and budget cuts, which is not easy. This hospital is needed and appreciated, even if it needs love. I take my hat off to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé hier voir mon docteur et les agents sont souriants et polis envers moi, je me suis rendue a la secrétaire guichet 1,une gentille dame bien drôle avec un beau sourire. Je me suis dirigé vers le secretariat de mon docteur, la plus merveilleuse dame m’accueille elle est toujours souriante, de bonne humeur. Donc j’étais bien contente de ma visite.
I went to see my doctor yesterday and the agents are smiling and polite to me, I went to the desk secretary 1, a nice funny lady with a beautiful smile. I walked to my doctor's office, the most wonderful lady welcomes me, she is always smiling, in a good mood. So I was very happy with my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On vous donne des rendez vous. Vous faites 2 heures de route pour y aller et une fois rendu vous vous rivez le nez sur la porte avec une belle affiche fermé jusqu'à nouvel ordre. Personne n'a pensé appeler les patients pour leur dire de ne pas se déplacer pour rien (tout le monde n'habite pas à coté de ce ciusss en plus de perdre du temps) , malgré plusieurs employés qui se tournent les pouces. Manque flagrant de professionnalisme et respect envers les patients.
We give you appointments. You drive 2 hours to get there and once you get there you stick your nose to the door with a nice poster closed until further notice. Nobody thought of calling the patients to tell them not to come for nothing (not everyone lives near this city and wastes time), despite several employees who twiddled their thumbs. Blatant lack of professionalism and respect for patients.
