P	Phoch Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 90-minute couple massage. We had gone this place about a year ago, for a 60 minute massage, and remembered it was a nice place, so we wanted to try it again. Terrible experience this time. We only had 65-70 minutes of massage, not 90. When asked about it at the end, the owner said that the massage should be 90 minutes. We told him that's not what we got. We got in at 10h20 (as we should), for an 10h30 appointment. We filled in the paperwork, went to the bathroom, and by the time we got to the massage room, it was 10h30-35. At the end of the massage, after I got dressed (it took a few minutes), I looked at my cellphone, and it was only 11h40. When we explained that in the front, the massotherapist said we started at 10h22 and ended the massage at 11h47. We were already arguing about this at the reception counter at 11h45, so I don't know how they got their 11h47! In the end, the owner said the policy was that as soon as you come through the entrance door, the clock starts ticking! Ridiculous - and of course, no mention anywhere of this "policy"! One of the massotherapist probably wasn't even certified, didn't seem to know what she was doing. We've had many massages at different places, and never had a more terrible customer service. They made us pay full price, 90 minutes, and did not even offer any apologies. Will never go back again, and would not recommend this place.

Started off with the hot tub which was half closed off and with the temperature that was unadjustable but it was still ok.. Then for the massage.. Mine was good... My son was administered his massage by the owner who of course is not a professional... he still enjoyed it though... Then time to get our hair cut.... By no other than the lady who gave me my massage... Obviously she was a massage therapist and not a hair dresser... Butchered my sons bangs and barely cut the side... She didnt know how to use a clipper. it took about 10 minutes and my son was out of the chair looking the same with the same length of hair on the side but with a very crooked bang... I declined my haircut... Needless to say... The onwer now wanted to charge me 195 instead of the 180 we had agreed upon on the phone... I told her I hadnt gotten my hair cut finally and still charged me 180$... Very but very disappointing... I left the spa to go to my sons regular hair dresser who could only do her best to fix the crooked bangs... So another 15 bucks... I wasnt reimbursed for my hair cut which I did not get. They offer you a snack too which consosts of a few cherries a lollipop and one ferrero rocher... Never going back again althought massage and tub were decent the lack of honesty towards not having a hairdresser and the lack of customer satisfaction of not reimbursing the lost hair cut and the bad one.... Never again.
