★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has good quality meat. We have been shopping there last 14 years. However, customer service is very poor, specially the lady (possibly the owner Naseem's wife) at the till is absolutely rude. We have seen her being rude with other people before. Today one of the staff had an accident while cutting meat my wife ordered. The lady started yelling at my wife blaming her for the accident. My wife was on the phone when it happened. She didn't understand how the accident could be her fault. She didn't want to argue with the rude lady. It was surprising that owner Naseem was there but didn't say anything. It a way he encourages bad customer service. Totally disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get Covid-19, this is the ideal place for you. They never care for social distancing and all other Covid-19 measurements. It says "5 customers in store at a time"but there were 12 people when I was there. They don't care what your order they just give you what they understand. Hygiene is not there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst meat shop in the city, the staff is extremely rude especially when they're busy. I tried to order and the old bearded fellow said "I can't be running around like a dog, tell me your order" while I was trying tell them the order. another person who I was giving my order to, left to help someone else. Surprising in the month of Ramadan they can be so rude.
They are too busy for their own good
Never coming back, they lost a loyal customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no attention paid to the cleanliness, the place smells and the walls and the staff. Workers wear gloves but they are not of use. The same glove holds chicken, meat, bag, device, and everything. I came to him based on the reputation of the place, but I was disappointed and went out without buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get meat for wholesale here, absolutely rude. The lady especially towards me is rude. As soon as I walk in I get that dirty look. Told her she’s disrespectful and she acts like she did nothing.
1st Visit: when I went, just me and another customer who is in front of me and all the people there are just helping him and when I asked for help the lady is like “do you have money?” I reply “yes” and she says “wait then.” Very disrespectful tone, I didn’t say anything at that time.
2nd Visit: The lady helped every single customer in front me and when it came to my turn she just doesn’t even assist me, when I get assisted by someone else, right away she asks the person behind me if he needs anything. Did not complain.
3rd visit (Today) : I came to buy some meat, I was paying with my MasterCard and he’s charging me a fee of some sort and I ask why, lady comes and she just gives me a bad look and points at me. I told her that she’s been very disrespectful to me for the past few visits and she’s like oh I didn’t do anything, the dropped the meat I was buying to the ground and doesn’t sell it to me.
If only Google had an option with giving no stars at all.
