This service is TERRIBLE I went from living in langley wich the handydart was 1000% times better to moving to abbotsford... and the timing.. everything.. is horrible!! DO NOT MOVE TO ABBY WITHOUT LOOKING INTO HANDYDART FIRST !! (if you use this service) I would have never moved if I had known.

Incompetent, rude, non informative. Pay for taxi vouchers by cheque. No visa or interact, no online purchase. It will take half of the paltry $80 voucher to go to the office on riverside EVERY month to get more useless vouchers. After paying taxes for 95 years this is how my Mom is treated. T he Bc liberals taking care of seniors living in their own homes , not burdening the system. Appalling

I understand people who take these appointments have to deal a lot with the public and it can get frustrating. The people who take appointments are always rude. If you hate your job, find something else. If I speak to you with kindness and respect I expect the same in return.

The most poorly run business in BC. The fact that a company who owes their existence to helping seniors and mobility impaired people access their community can get away with the abuse and ignorance is outrageous. Their staff on the phones are so totally incompetent that it verges on deliberate maliciousness. When their mistakes come to light which is virtually every time anyone uses them they completely refuse to acknowledge their error or to fix it in any way. Just " nope. This is the time we have you down for. Come now or don't come." Consequently the people they are supposed to help access the community end up stranded and miss appointments, can't get their medications, can't get to the doctor, or end up with huge taxi bills that they can not afford on their fixed income. Their system would not be hard to fix if you could get them to admit there was anything wrong. But not only do they not admit it, they don't appear to care at all. Accountability is the key. Fire them all to teach them that there are consequences to being incompetent. Cancel the contract to tech the company and their successor that when you are hired to help people you help people or you go do something else. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give them less.

I have been shown nothing but respect from my drivers. They go out of their way to help. The phone operators seem good at their jobs and are usually very polite. My only beef is the two day rule with a weekend between. Made an appt Friday morning and couldn’t schedule a ride for Monday afternoon. Keep up the good work. I’d be stuck without it m

I called in on Saturday to cancel my trip that day because it was over 40 degrees and I didn’t think it was safe to be out. They cancelled all my trips for that week! Including to an appointment with a surgeon I had waited months for!!!!!
