★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to believe 5.0 star reviews with no bad experiences... until you deal with Adam... then it all makes sense! The thorough explanations and up-front honesty from the get-go with no hidden surprises was what first impressed me, and our experience throughout was nothing but positive. Adam & Sara are down-to-earth, hard-working business folks who have your security and comfort at the top of their mind. The install was clean (Adam even made sure the panel was somewhere aesthetically pleasing, and that the sticker on our door covered up some old screw holes so it looked nicer). Then, he made sure we understood what everything meant and how to use it all, even if it meant taking a little longer. The selection for equipment was quite extensive, but Adam was able to recommend what would suit our home, lifestyle, and budget best without being pushy. The flood/freeze sensors and fire/smoke alarms also provide peace of mind in an older home. We would highly recommend this company for both residential & business security services!
