Je ne sais pas d'où vient cette réglementation car il n'est pas inscrit nul part cette obligation. Nous avons le droit d'aller au spa sans notre passeport vaccinal mais pas le droit d'assister à un cours de piscine pour la sécurité de mon bébé. Assez troublant. De plus, au lieu de pénaliser mon enfant, vous devriez revoir à votre réglementation. La vie ne devrait pas tourner autour de cela. Malheureusement ,bcp de bons commentaires sur votre succursale mais vous perdrez bcp de clientèle pour cette raison.
I cannot offer swimming lessons to my baby because we do not have our vaccination passport.
I do not know where this regulation comes from because it is not registered anywhere this obligation. We have the right to go to the spa without our vaccination passport but not the right to attend a swimming pool lesson for the safety of my baby. Quite disturbing. Also, instead of penalizing my child, you should review your regulations. Life shouldn't revolve around it. Unfortunately, a lot of good comments on your branch but you will lose a lot of customers for this reason.

The water is heated, the place is super clean, the staff is really nice, accommodating and professional. It's a great experience for the little ones!! Everything is there to spend a pleasant time without stress.
