Toutefois, la chose la plus importante n'est-elle pas d'avoir un diagnostic exact?
Malheureusement, le diagnostic qu'ils ont posé pour notre fille était complètement erroné et il a été invalidés par d'autres spécialistes par la suite. Ce fut donc de l'argent complètement jeté à l'eau. Ils sont tellement spécialisés en TSA, qu'on dirait qu'ils en cherchent des signes partout et ne sont pas du tout à jour dans leurs connaissances des autres troubles qui peuvent s'apparenter au TSA, mais qui sont complètement différents dans les causes et les traitements.
Donc une bonne place pour le suivi d'un enfant TSA, mais je ne recommanderais à personne d'aller y obtenir un diagnostic.
Very professional and kind, nothing to complain about at this level, it was very pleasant to do business with them and we felt confident.
However, isn't the most important thing to have an exact diagnosis?
Unfortunately, the diagnosis they made for our daughter was completely wrong and was later invalidated by other specialists. So it was money completely thrown in the water. They are so specialized in ASD that it looks like they are looking everywhere for signs of it and are not at all up to date in their knowledge of other disorders which can be related to ASD, but which are completely different in causes and treatments.
So a good place to follow up a child with ASD, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and get diagnosed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional, more interested in making money then a proper diagnosis. They are not forward with the client or transparent, everything is a mystery and a guessing game. They leave parents feeling in limbo and mocked. They add surprise charges and refuse to accept responsibility of not notifying you of these. Instead make it sound like they are doing you a favour for not charging you for photocopies rather then being up front of all the charges. Beware, they give you the contract and coerce you into signing it instead of giving you the time to take it home and reflect on it properly. The contract is a joke, it does not have anything clearly specified on it. How can they make you sign for specific services when they haven't assessed or met your child yet? Along with that, they cancel appointments and treatment plans by being vague and not specifying why. Overall shady, sketchy and wishi washy. Very unprofessional.
