(Voir photos) Nous les avons avisés avant de les poser et ils nous ont répondu que c'était OK, qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème. En sortant les cèdres des pots, la terre ne suivait pas et les racines étaient courtes. Sur 45 cèdres, plus de 10 sont morts. Nous les avons contactés à nouveau.. Comme mentionné par plusieurs autres commentaires google, SERVICE APRÈS VENTE PITOYABLE. Je vous recommande d'acheter vos cèdres ailleurs, là où le commerçant aura un peut plus de respect pour ses clients. The cedars were delivered to us in a pitiful state. (See photos) We advised them before asking them and they replied that it was OK, that there would be no problem. When the cedars were taken out of the pots, the earth did not follow and the roots were short. Out of 45 cedars, more than 10 died. We contacted them again. As mentioned by several other google comments, AFTER-SALE AFTER SALES SERVICE. I recommend that you buy your cedars elsewhere, where the merchant will have a little more respect for his customers.

E	Eric Coll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 20% of the cedars they sold us died within 3 months, even though planted properly with drip hose on a timer. They refused to replace any of them based on wording in a document they sent us after the purchase. Some of the cedars we received had very few roots left after being dug out of the ground and were probably the ones that died. When it was clear the affected trees were completely dead, fully orange colour, I contacted the owner, who denied any responsibility but did offer to give me suggestions how to prune the totally-dead trees if I sent him pictures. Offering suggestions how to prune dead trees is not good customer service. The law does not agree with him that he has no responsibility for the product he sold us. The consumer protection act says that they should be useful for a reasonable period of time. Taken to small claims court, he would lose. But the amount of money involved does not make it worthwhile. I post this review to warn others of the 20% death rate of $100 cedars from this person, and the subsequent childish response denying all responsibility as their idea of legal warranty and customer service.
