Wow, The worst service ever. They sold item that is apparently a drop-ship and they didn't even answer emails for months. afterwards, there were no one to even cancel and return money. I had to dispute through credit card. Never seen anything like this.

I ordered a webcam from them for an important business project and a week later they sent a email saying I have to wait 2 to 3 months to recive it. I needed it right away and expecting it in few days, but a week later i got that email. i would never trust them again, at least not for anything important. You can try to blame COVID-19 but really its just a customer service issue. Dont sell me something you dont have! its a basic function all online retailers have!

Terrible experience ordering a keyboard from CDW. It was ordered at the end of April. After 3 weeks and 2 unanswered emails, I called to get an update. Was emailed the next day with a June 11 delivery date. When that came and went without the new keyboard, I called again. Then their response was a delivery date of July 22. No reason has been given for the 3 month delay or for the lack of communication during this whole ordeal.

Not recommend. - Delivery delay. - No tracking works. - Customer support is not working. Not a single appeal was answered. - Please note that there is no information on the return of goods. - The wrong item was sent. - They forgot to refund me for the returned item. Three weeks later I had to call and find out the situation.

After placing a Polycom video conferencing order I get an email from CDW asking me to verify my shipping address. They said it is registered to someone else??!! I called immediately for clarification, as I am First Nations and live on Indian Reserve, how could they verify and who are they calling??!! It turns out they don't have the equipment for 6 weeks and it was just a stall tactic. I've ordered from them before and delivered to my address. I will never deal with a company that lies that they have the equipment in stock then says I don't own my house. They said they checked, what a joke.

I ordered some very expensive gear, that is not at all obscure, from major manufacturers. The published time line of availability to ship was 3 - 6 days when I pressed send to purchase these items (I should mention this gear was / is readily available elsewhere). Only after contacting them over 2 weeks later am I told they β€œshould” ship in another 2 weeks. Seriously? Great selection and information on r, but horrible customer service. I would absolutely have purchased this equipment elsewhere had I known. I consider this tactic of misrepresenting availability and ship times as a breech of the most fundamental of customer service ethics.

Like most other reviews, put on their website that the delivery time was 4-6 days. Chromebook still hadn't come after more than 2 months, so I cancelled the order with the sales rep Vlad. Chromebook was never cancelled and showed up at the house a couple weeks after I cancelled and my credit card was charged. Had to talk to 3 people to get a waybill to ship it back to CDW which I did at the beginning of July. I then had to contact the Vlad the account rep and his manager Curtis multiple times as they had already received the unopened Chromebook and still my refund was not processed. Finally received my refund today, 2 months after sending it back. Service, process, and account reps were absolutely horrible in this process. Don't buy from here, go anywhere else.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. 1) Service is shocking. 2) Their websites pagination is not functional, when you try go to page 2,3,4 or x it always reverts to the first page of your search. Have tried on multiple browsers. 3) Returns policy is effing thrash and they are also gouging on all prices :) 4) Customer service also thrash 5) I don't know where the extra 5-10% profit on items go - definitely not to their online catalogue, customer service or savings to their customers. Try shop somewhere local or just avoid at all costs :)
