False advertising, misleading and they are after your money. The most worse campus ever seen don't waste your money. These people make your hard-earned money worth it. No practical lesson just formality on the name of education. They are doing business on the name of education becareful. All About business False

I was an older student wishing to refresh my accounting after raising my disabled grandchildren. The course load was a Canadian grade 5 curriculum, with some basic on line courses. Instructors are not very professional and lack basic skills. Boomers are vilified and not made Welcome. Total waste of time and money.

I was an student of this college and I really enjoyed my time there , my teacher angela is lovely, she deserves a salary increase. After I finish school I got hired right away on lifelabs and by this moment I have 7 months already working here. Also the people on front desk and account manager is awesome. Bit expensive but still ok , hopefully gets cheaper later for future generations.

Horribly organized school. They ask for so much information they should have had on hand from the beginning. No one answered emailed concerns in a timely matter. There is few instructors that actually care about you passing. They combined so many of our classes with Abbotsford campus, which was difficult to do things completely different and she won’t answer any emails for questions or concerns and always comes to class very tired and looking like she hates to be there. They certainly did over charge way too much for the veterinarian assistant course. And they don’t care that most students work full time to make ends meet on top of trying to better their life. I hope they change some of their slacking ways to make a better education system. Until then I will not recommend this school or in other locations. Horrible first post secondary experience.

CDI-College is a canadian accredited school more profit oriented institution similar to VCC. I enrolled payroll administration program to give you an idea what that school is. They throw you a brick of books to read and homework to do inside two weeks between each exams. You have not much time to understand why you did mistake and you start a new module the next week. Not sure where I'm going with them I feel that they just quickly show various office jobs. Little bit of this little bit of that. They give you electronic books with spelling and calculation errors so I got to get somewhere else to find the good information. Some teachers are better than others depend on which one is available. For the price of the programs they offer you can find better somewhere else.

Thank you CDI College - I did the Immigration Consultant Program @ CDI Burnaby Campus. The Program Instructor, Michael Chin was the main reason for my success. He prepared us with ample knowledge of the course material and more, we were able to learn. He was passionate, enthusiastic and made the class interesting for everyone. He made sure we were all on the same page with our understanding of the material. With his guidance and support, I was able to pass the exam and obtain my professional license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, RCIC. Very professional College, Instructors, Course material, Staff and I can confidently recommend CDI College to anyone who needs professional development. Special thanks to Aditya Soni for his unstinting co-operation and support in admission.

I had a great experience through out my Program in CDI College. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely recommend to start your career in this school. Teachers are amazing specially my experience with Arjun, it was so "soooooooooo" amazing he is good in almost every corner, helping students to what they need and he is passionate about seeing his student to succeed. Arjun will bring out the BEAST in you.

It's difficult to even begin with this school. So many red flags. I feel my experience needs to be shared to help others not fall for such a predatory institution. I took the dental reception course which was a total of 6 months. I implore you to do some research as there are other schools with shorter programs and are less expensive. For even better guidance make sure you research the dental field, there is a demand for a reason! We spent 6 long months watching more YouTube than I’ve ever watched on my own time. The dental systems they taught are outdated and not the ones that are actually used by most dental offices. Our schedule was changed constantly, sometimes on the day of. So, when they give you a schedule it is not accurate. One day I was told, not asked, to teach the class as the instructor was sick and the school did not have a substitute. I was then locked out of my student account and missed 3 days of class because their IT department reset my log in info when another student locked themselves out and somehow gave them my student ID. Their IT didn't bother to confirm who was calling. All the while I'm bringing up each concern to the director Vivian Ho and I am either told to look at my student contract, which had no information addressing any of my concerns, or just being ignored. All in all, I was ready to move on and put this ridiculous course behind me. Not two weeks after I completed it, I was contacted multiple times by several people from the school saying they did not have my criminal background check and due to this they were unable to provide me with my credentials and certificate. After months of me chasing after updates Vivian Ho admitted that the criminal background check was never completed. She claimed someone made a mistake and mistook what they had on file as being my criminal background check. This also means that more than one person somehow missed this! She then proceeded to blame her lack of communication on the fact that the school had had a cyber breach. I took Vivian's advice and re-read the student contract in detail and realized this is a breach of contract and I qualify for a full refund. I was finally put in contact with Joan Vojnic who Is the National director, and it has been about a month since I’ve heard anything from anyone. When I first spoke to Joan she had no idea she was contacting me regarding my experience. Vivian Ho didn't even have the decency to even fill her in on the situation. I had a missed call from Joan Vojnic and I called her back instantly. When she picked up she said she was just leaving me a voicemail but then proceeds to tell me they have been trying to reach me but they couldn't because my voicemail isn't activated and my phone just rings. I mean the excuses and deflections are endless. This school is so unorganized, so unprofessional.
