N	Naomy Champagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je dois commencer par dire les extensions sont d’une qualité incroyable mais c’est probablement le pire salon niveau service client selon moi (même si il prône le bon service client) les politiques change constamment à la guise de la propriétaire. Aussi de nombreux coûts ajoutés pour faire gonfler la facture des clientes, des estimations de poses qui dépasse parfois le double. Bref, même si c’est le premier salon qui a « apporté » la technique du habit au Québec vous trouverez mieux ailleurs:) I have to start off by saying the extensions are unbelievably high quality but this is probably the worst customer service fair in my opinion (even though it promotes good customer service) the policies are constantly changing as the owner chooses. Also many costs added to inflate the bill of customers, estimates of poses which sometimes exceed the double. In short, even if this is the first show that "brought" the technique of clothing to Quebec, you will find better elsewhere :)

Toutefois, je l'ai ai appeler 48h d'avance pour demander de me faire retirer les rallonges pour débuter mon traitement huileux pour le psoriasis sur mon cuir chevelu et ils ont garder mon dépôt de 100$. C'est dommage, car j'avais l'intention, après mon traitement, d'y retourner. Je comprends que se faire retirer les rallonges ça a prit 1h au lieu de 2h30 pour les reposer, mais j'ai tout de même appeler à l'avance They provide good service. However, I called them 48 hours in advance to ask to have the extensions removed to start my oil treatment for psoriasis on my scalp and they kept my $100 deposit. It's a shame, because I intended, after my treatment, to return. I understand that having the extensions removed took 1h instead of 2h30 to put them back on, but I still called ahead

Tout au long de votre moment au salon , on s’assure que vous êtes bien et que vous ne manquez de rien. Merci à Michael Jean Laurin qui a fait un miracle avec mes cheveux et à Cathou pour la belle pose d’extension . Merci à toute la belle équipe en passant par la réception également . I loved my experience at CD extensions, such a warm welcome with a menu that offers you a little treat, such as a coffee or an alcoholic drink, smiling people with a passion for work. Throughout your time at the salon, we make sure that you are well and that you don't miss anything. Thanks to Michael Jean Laurin who did a miracle with my hair and to Cathou for the beautiful extension pose. Thank you to all the great team through the reception as well. I highly recommend this salon ☺️!

Owner sells you the idea they have the best extensions but they are no different than other hair extension providers I've been to. Ive never had extensions look so unnatural and she applied much more than was needed. She also put pressure on me to buy an expensive brush and had me sign off that she takes no responsibilities if I didn't buy it. I already had a similar brush and I insisted I didn't need it.

The salon is clean, stylish, and every employee is friendly and inviting. The extra care that CD extensions provides in offering drinks, snacks and even makeup makeovers to their clientele really pushes them to the top of the hair-care list. ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone looking to improve on their look.
