★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon sushi mais l'item le plus dispendieux de la commande était manquant. La personne au téléphone était incrédule, 5 minute avant d'offrir de venir chercher l'item ou offrir un crédit, aucune excuse.
Modification : après avoir soumis cet revue, le restaurant m'a rappelé pour m'offrir de me livrer l'article manquant ou un crédit, la personne m'a aussi offert des excuses.
 Good sushi but the most expensive item in the order was missing. The person on the phone was in disbelief, 5 minutes before offering to pick up the item or offer credit, no excuse.
Modification: after submitting this review, the restaurant called me back to offer to deliver the missing item or a credit, the person also offered me an apology.

Very good courteous and fast service and excellent fresh ingredients! The sushi was up to my expectations and the prices quite legitimate. It was my first time at this restaurant but certainly not the last!

Nous sommes des amateurs de sushis et après quelques mois à chercher une bonne place de sushis (étant nouveaux dans le coin), nous l’avons trouvée. La différence de prix dans les sushis vaut parfois la peine et de ce cas ci, elle vaut chaque sous. Tout est dans la fraîcheur et le mélange des saveurs du(de la) chef(fe) et chez Caviar sushi, ils ont frappé dans le mille. Bravo!!
wow! wow! Definitely in the good sushi we ate. We are sushi lovers and after a few months looking for a good sushi place (being new to the area) we found it. The price difference in sushi is sometimes worth it and in this case it is worth every penny. It's all about the chef's freshness and blend of flavors and at Caviar sushi, they hit the nail on the head. Well done!!

Des ingrédients frais et de qualité comme du foie gras, de l huile de truffle, du caviar pour un prix très raisonnable. Un trésor caché et un très bon service a la clientèle. Merci pour cette expérience!
I tried the chef's choice omakase and it is by far the best sushi I have eaten in my life. Fresh and quality ingredients such as foie gras, truffle oil, caviar for a very reasonable price. A hidden treasure and great customer service. Thanks for this experience!
