★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed this hike. 1 hour round trip. The water fall at the end is very cool with a crystal clear pool. Old coal miner site, I’ve found old pieces of metal in the dirt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful! Crystal clear and ice cold water. Short and easy hike. We came here after 6pm, super quite! We saw a mama black bear with a cub on our way back to the parking lot. Luckily they were busy eating berries by the road side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This was a great hike. Easy to walk for all ages and it isn't far from the parking lot; about 2.5km round trip. The hike has multiple viewpoints of the rolling hills in the valley. The falls at the end were beautiful too. The pool that they drop into is even feel enough to swim in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back to this one today. Easy to follow trail to the lower small double waterfalls. There is a taller waterfall not far behind them. Not easy to get to, but there is a view point that is not too hard to get to. It is quite a bit steeper, unless you go back out to the road and take the old coal mining road on the other side of the bridge. We made this a loop and came out on the old coal mining road. We recorded 7.4 KM and 226 M of elevation gain with some extra going up the old road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a great family hike. My 2 year old and 5 year old can make the short hike easily. At the end of the hike is a waterfall that is a great place to hang out, have a picnic and enjoy the calm river water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent spot to bring children. The hike is not very long and the inclination is easy. The creek doesn't have a lot of water in September but it has enough to enjoy and dip tired feet into. Good place for an enjoyable afternoon walk.
