★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience dealing with Mike on the emergency line as well as Stacey in Civic Works. After piling up snow in my parking spot the man in charge Chris Hallum wouldn’t even speak with me. Stacey was his stand in and told me they would NOT clear it out. She didn’t care who I spoke to after that. I guess she doesn’t care about their reputation. Tough luck for me!
