Casnin Business and Tax Services started in June 2017.

It is a 100% Saskatchewan owned and operated company started by Erlinda Wagner. It is focused on providing outsourced finance expertise to small and medium size businesses. It is aimed at providing options to business owners to have access on professional accounting and finance assistance without the need to employ full time accounting employees.

About Erlinda

Erlinda Wagner has moved to Canada from the Philippines in May 2004.  She has gained 20 years of accounting experience from working in various industries like Public accounting firms (Grant Thornton and BDO), Shipping company, Property Management company, Manufacturing company and NPO. She held various positions like Accountant, Senior Auditor, Corporate Controller and CFO. She is knowledgeable in the following areas such as :

• Conducting financial audits
• Preparation of financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns
• Financial statement interpretation and analysis
• Variance analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash flow and Inventory management
• Project analysis and designing internal controls
• Preparation of NTR, Review and Audit engagements

• She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 1997 from Philippine Christian University
• Her CPA designation in the Philippines was obtained in May, 1999 and nearly in completion of her Canadian designation
  

• She has adequate understanding of ASPE, IFRS and NPO standards.
• She is also knowledgeable in Accounting software (Quickbooks and Sage), Tax software (Profile & Tax prep) and Caseware/Caseview.
