โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to this exact location the past 2 years or more. Last month they told me they has a new payment plan that allows you to pay half of it off on two different days of thw following month. I said no I want to pay it off like I always do which is all at once on one day. The manager tells me ok yes that's a good idea to stick with the same plan u always do..... It always comes out of my bank direct deposit on the 1st day of every month...Instead only half of it came out (without me knowing). Then later on in the month I go to take out a new loan and Im told I still owe half the loan from the previous month! at this point I don't have money and can not pay off the remainder all because U GUYS DID EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD U NOT TO DO! No matter how many times I explain they don't get it...they only listen from a level of their own perspective,...After I pay the remainder off im never going back

โ โ โ โ โ Great customer service, fast and easy. I would have given them 5 stars but there don't save my info and every time I go after one year I have to start my application all over again but otherwise they are great and if you need fast money, cash money is for you.

โ โ โ โ โ I came in to pay a balance on 3 July as I always have at the start of the month. Your clerk told me that I had to bring in proof that the money had been received. Duh - I'm paying it off so if the money hasn't been received I CAN'T PAY IT. DUH.
Where I get money should matter to you when I borrow, not pay off. DUH.
I am on a fixed pension with an annual index on 1 January of each year. You have a copy of the letter complete with dates. I am not bringing the same letter to you if I borrow on each occasion. You have it. DUH.
I won't be back. You refused my payment so it ran through the bank account the next day. What do I need you for? I'll go to the bank in the first place. DUH.

โ โ โ โ โ I had to transfer money to the US and I had to register my info. When I found out I couldn't pay with my Visa card, I was pretty upset and I expressed myself using some potty-mouth language because I had been having a bad day.
The young woman who was serving me took it very well and calmly, though which was really good of her (and pretty crappy of me).
Once I returned with cash to complete my order, I apologized profusely for my poor behavior and again, she was very gracious about it.
Very good service even in the face of an idiot having a bad day.
Top marks for her service!

โ โ โ โ โ This is the absolute worst ran cash money there is. No one ever answers phone, you can call 5 times on a row and nothing. If they do pick up they'll ask of theu can call you back, then they never call back. And when you mention that they won't even apologize. I went once and they had closed an hour before advertised, sad

โ โ โ โ โ I do not give this store 5 stars just because. Hands down this was the best experience I have had with payday loans. They treat you like a person, and not a customer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Erik H. And he was personable, extremely knowledgable about the products, the services, the mandated laws around borrowing money it shocked my socks off. He and the other staff members are clearly in a positive team environment as they were all friendly. After a long day of work, and being anxious about bills... this service was so needed, so helpful and I left feeling like a human being and not ashamed. I have been to competitors and Iโm sorry Fiona, Erik did it better.
