★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with Akram who works there. I went in at 9am and he rudely opened the door for me. He then locked his keys in his room and had to call his boss to come and open the doors. At no point in time did he ever mention to me how long it would take or even apologize for not being able to help me. I had to ask how long it would be until his boss came and he said 20 minutes. I then said “are you going to apologize?” And he said “for what?”. I immediately walked out and will never return here. It’s workers like this that make it clear why ghetto’s exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is incompetent. Waited 30 mins just to asked what I needed, just to be told they couldn't help me while still processing the first person. Staff can't be bothered to service more than one person or have any ability to help more than one person. Expect to wait for an hour!
