★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to get a loan or a line of credit when I was between jobs waiting for my first cheque while my ei claim was under review. Basicly I had no other options. Cash money told me because I'm not currently employed with the company I got my last cheque from I could not use that because my ei claim was under review I couldn't use that so they essentially told me to kick rocks. Don't use cash money it's not worth it they don't deserve to be in business. Go to money mart if you need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with cash money and money mart for years, I gave a Out Standing internal credit rating with them both.....however as if late with both local out let's, a over site on paper, has turned into dozens of phone calls daily, for over 30 days, plus pulling money out of my account from cash money, because they felt entitled to break the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised at how fast I was set up. Very impressed by how productive and professional the employees were. They were very understanding of my kids and their overwhelming and disruptive behavior. Most people don't continue to make me feel welcome. Especially in any professional setting I feel as if people can't get rid of me fast enough when my kids act out. The staff didnt get annoyed or make me feel rushed at all.. they treated us like they enjoyed us being there. I haven't been treated like that anywhere else. I am 100% impressed and completely satisfied with my overall experience. I for sure would recommend everyone and anyone to go to them. The staff is above and beyond my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to use them to cash a government cheque at one point just because I had some issues with my banking. The young guy working the counter there was super nice, super helpful, good experience with him.
( I know it’s nothing he can help but I personally had a sort of hard time with understanding his accent, as lovely as it was)
But regardless he helped me out quickly and efficiently. We got done what we needed done and that’s all that matters to me :)
Recommend using these guys services if you’re ever in need of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got a small pay day loan from Cash Money in Nanaimo. It has been 20/25 years since I've had to get one and I can tell you that the experience was so much more pleasant than it was back then. They did not make me feel like a loser because I was getting a loan and they are so reasonable about getting the loan paid back. You can just call them if your cheque is going to be late for some unexpected reason and they'll give you a couple extra days at no charge. The best part was the woman (and I'm sorry I didn't get her name) that helped me. She was so sweet and respectful. Her customer service was spectacular! I wish they didn't have to have big glass windows between them and the customer, but unfortunately that is the world we live in now. I highly recommend this company to everyone who needs to get a pay day loan. Added to that, their interest rates are quite reasonable and on your first loan you get a deal on the rate too. I am a tough customer to please as I have high expectations for customer service and rarely does anyone come close to meeting those expectations. My experience at your company did meet my expectations so I thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied online got denied I told her close my account. Brea said online denying everyone of go in person is get loan I did t need what I was qualified for but I got there I was there not even 10 minutes left with cash in my wallet. They will definitely be my go to for quick cash loan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was excellent. Straight forward and to the point. Answered any question, some answered before I even asked. Whole proses went smooth. And nothing hidden. Much better then the Money Mart. Who couldn't even put up signs or inform their call centre. Their employee had COVID and would be closed. CASH MONEY OR NO MONEY
