★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marissa gave me the best customer service of my life!. My daughter and I were Window shopping the night before black friday. Marissa, with smiles she informs us, there was a huge black friday sale the next day on everything. I told her I would come back tomorrow and we left. When I did return, Marissa instantly acknowledge us, and actually pre set aside what I wanted!!! There was one 2 and the store was packed! The item was a gift for someone else. Sfter thar she really went above and beyond helping find the right items, to help us purchase everything we wanted, with patience snd we didn't feel rushed. We spent triple what we were going too. She's that good!. Thank you Marissa and cash box! See you next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a laptop and some tools on pawn when a family tragedy occured. They were extremely understanding and told me to deal with the pawn whenever things settled down, and guaranteed my things would be safe indefinitely . It was such a relief not to have to worry about it during such trying times. When i finally did go to retrieve my belongings they had sold some of them and had already wiped out the laptop that had irreplaceable pictures of my late son , and irreplaceable pics of my granddaughter. Not to mention various d.j.programs and thousands of songs. WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL... But at least they said sorry , so thats something , i guess..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ( Edited Review ) So guys I've have been here about 4 time's right - So a couple of month's ago i baught a 200$ Gold Eco Drive watch that couldn't hold a charge - Sadly i couldn't return the item because i didn't buy the warranty - So i strongly recommend that u buy the warranty with your item if it cost 50$ in value or more - Also make sure u test your electronics before u buy to make sure your item works when u get home - But they do a discount on most items in store ( Discounts on Most items ) ( item warranty Available )
