The management has doctors hired that all discriminate against the disabled. People getting kicked out of the place because they cannot control a panic attack. For a pharmacy and for people that are working in the medical field, of all people they should understand. They made me miss my finals......i am devastated and haven't stoped crying since they have abused me like this. Do not go to this pharmacy if you want your medication ready on time. If you don't want to interact with unpleasant staff, doctors & volunteers that don't care about others DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY RACIST DOCTOR NAMED RITCHIE DEVASSER !! HE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE DISABLED!! HALF THE STAFF DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING ANYWAY.
P	Pam Isley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamer is wonderful & truly cares about the people he serves. He is very kind & honest as well which is always appreciated. I agree fully with another commenter that he & staff go above & beyond. Casey's is not Shoppers Drug Mart. Casey's does not offer makeup or skincare or an array of other products or food items. They offer the essentials (vitamins, first aid, cold & flu products etc) to heal your body & keep you well & that's where the focus always is. Also, having gone to Casey's for years, I can tell you that there is much more to the story of one commenter being "thrown out because of a panic attack". Sounds to me like someone lost their temper, acted like a jerk, and is now trying to blame their bad behaviour on a panic attack to excuse it. It takes a LOT to make someone like Tamer angry. If he asked you to leave, you REALLY must have embarrassed yourself.

The modifications they've made to protect staff and customers is an example to other pharmacies in the area that haven't taken these (or barely any) measures. Well done Tamar. If I could make 1 suggestion. Maybe tape on the floor in X's or Lines (or whatever) every 6 feet where customers stand and into a line out into the hall and to the door. Today i saw groups of people all standing together talking and not keeping distance. And while we can't plan for people's foolishness (and clear inability to judge or adhered to 6 feet boundaries) perhaps we can gently nudge them in the proper direction. If grocery stores have lineups to control flow, i don't think it would be perceived as bad if you guys had to form a line out the door and into the covered awning area there when its busy. Anyways just a suggestion. Really appreciate all you do for the community. And just wanted to thank you for putting yourselves at risk to help the community. Well done!

If you are on the OATC Program , this is the best clinic to go to. I've gone to several clinics (shoppers and other big names) and they overcharge for your dose, take forever to get it ready and worst of all they are so loud and aren't discrete at all about what they are giving you. Casey's however is always way cheaper, they are incredibly fast, extremely welcoming and non judgemental and they have there own room to dose in privacy. If you have never dosed somewhere else you won't understand how amazing this pharmacy is! If you are new to the program I promise you this is the best clinic in the Tricity area! 11/10

He never judges or makes you feel uncomfortable for any medication you take or question you ask, he has stayed open late for me many times when I wasn't able to get there on time and will work with you if youre not able to pay for your prescription that day. The entire staff is amazing Nd all go out of their way to help . I totally agree with another comment where they said if tamed asked you to leave you must've done something really wrong . Because if you were having an attack of anykind he is the first to help regardless of age ,race , gender, or anything else . Also Dr. Devasser is an awesome doctor who has been a great help to myself and my family . Best pharmacy by far .
