Before we listed our condo, his staging expert helped us make our home show worthy, he took professional photos to showcase our home online, and helped us price our home just right for the market. All of this preparation created more foot traffic and brought in potential buyers, which helped us to sell and move on to the home buying process.
When searching for our new home, Cary was always accessible and willing to make a variety of suggestions and took the time to show us numerous options as we tried to make the right decision. His team worked tirelessly to help us find the right house in the right neighbourhood for the right price.
We were impressed with his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. On the home front, working with Cary made our home sale a joyful experience! He spent the time to get to know us and our property incredibly well. He asked questions many others wouldn't have cared to know and worked very well with the buyers' realtor to get all the details done! He helped me
make adjustments before the sale that allowed us to get maximum potential from our home sale. As this was our first time selling, he walked us through all of the paperwork so we understood what we were signing, and was always quick to respond when we had a question.
On the professional side I have referred many clients to work with Cary as well, both locally and people from out of town who were listing a family members home. I am always impressed with his compassion and work ethic for others. He even helped me find new office space though he doesn't focus on commercial and helped me to find a specialist when we needed to move forward.
I like his use of technology and adoption of new ideas to help clients. I would be hard-pressed to find a PRO like Cary anywhere else!
