Fred offers a great product and repair service backed by excellent customer service. As that is also our reputation we are particularly mindful to whom we refer clients. Needless to say we refer a lot of clients to him for cartridges and printer repairs.

Fred has always gone above and beyond to ensure everything works properly and if an issues comes up with a cartridge he takes care of it quickly and professionally. I was in need of a new printer recently and was happy to shop local and buy it directly from Fred. Highly recommend Cartridge Specialties in Barrie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my laser printer here for service. Some lines of print were faded. I paid over $100 for a cleaning and new toner. When I got the printer back, the first several pages printed correctly. But soon after, the fading was back. It's as if nothing was done. Complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, so have no recourse.
Cartridge Specialties might be great for cartridges, but my 'repair' was very disappointing.
NEW REVIEW:
I hereby negate all the above. I took the printer back and they went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. The level of integrity these people displayed is all too rare in our society.
