★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to this store earlier this evening to get a cartridge refill (colour and black) for my printer and I was amazed by the customer service of Mr. Naitram (AKA Nait) Singh. The positive energy and caring (for customers) attitude has compelled me to write a review so quickly.
The gentleman took the time to monitor the ink status on my cartridges and then explained to me how one of them is no longer good to be used (for refills) without trying to just refill, charge an amount and get done with me. Furthermore, this person was kind enough to test (double check) my cartridges in some checking device they have inside and then share the results with me. There was no intention to force a sale at anytime. I ended up getting a refill in 1 cartridge and it works perfect.
You are an amazing human-being. God bless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY place I will go now for my ink or printer needs! These two gentlemen are two of the nicest , most helpful people that truly care ! And you can feel that in the vibration in the atmosphere of the whole place. They are not out to take away peoples hard earned money, just to make a living and help people . Some people could use a little more humbleness in there lives. Oh and right away I was so drawn in by all the pictures and quotes that were printed for customers so much positivity, I loved it and all the decor , and the aura of the place its so welcoming , one almost feels like they could just hang out there!?

I'm very happy with my purchase, and the staff was friendly and went out of his way to give me any extra information I could use in the future.
