★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really small green space area location in East Vancouver in a dense neighborhood area. Its quite simple and has a children's playground + a small open field/baseball diamond to play sports on. Overall its not very big, but a decent neighborhood park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little park surrounded by families. The playground has a baseball diamond and sandbox with slides, swings and climbers. Quite the safe play area and the playground is flanked by roundabouts to slow down traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small neighborhood park conveniently located on the 37th Ave bike path. There is a water fountain here which is open during spring and summer. Not sure about fall but probably not in winter. It has adult, children, and four footed friend spouts. There is a small playing field with a backstop that is also a work of art. Or maybe I should say it is inscribed with a poem. There are benches and a playground. It seems to be a nice place for small neighborly gatherings, of which I've seen a few.
