★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a été ma femme, moi et notre petite fille chez Oshkosh Lachenaie, on avait une question concernant la disponibilité de la grandeur d'un article, on demande la personne qui travaillé cette journée, elle nous répond avec arrogance et frustration " c'est tous qu'on a, il n'y a rien en arrière ok" ouch j'ai dit a ma femme on est a la mauvaise place. On est parti ailleur.
Cette personne nommée superviseur sur son tag a besoin de thérapie, coaching et aide pour son comportement. La prochaine fois j'utiliserai la peiture blanche si jamais on retourne dans ce magasin mais je doute.

 We were my wife, me and our little girl at Oshkosh Lachenaie, we had a question about the availability of the size of an item, we ask the person who worked that day, she answers us with arrogance and frustration "it is all we have, there is nothing back ok "ouch I told my wife we are in the wrong place. We went elsewhere.
This person named supervisor on his tag needs therapy, coaching and help with his behavior. Next time I will use the white paint if we ever go back to this store but I doubt it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La superviseur n'a pas d'entre gens, je lui parle, elle prétend qu'elle n'a pas entendue, j'ai dû me répéter 3 fois chaque phrase.
L'article avait une étiquette de prix de 34$ mais sur le reçu c'était 38$, elle n'était pas contente de me remboursé la difference.
Je lui est simplement et poliment demander une petite réduction parce-que je viens de loin, en plus cest l'erreur du magasin et non pas la mienne elle ne me répond pas elle continue a taper sur la caisse, j'ai répéter une deuxième fois, elle m'a répondue avec arrogance et frustration Monsieur tu peux allez dans n'importe quel magasin Carters et il vont te créditer.
En plus elle me regarde pas chaque fois je lui parle, elle fait semblant de faire quelques choses, très impoli, arrogante elle devrait travailler seule cette personne. J'ai senti discriminé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai toujours un excellent service dès que je viens à ce Carters, je préfère faire plus de route que d'aller à celui qui est plus près de ma maison. Les vendeuses sont disponibles et présentes pour nous présenter les promo et répondre à nos questions, mais ne sont pas envahissantes. Le magasin est grand et propre et il y a une petite salle d'allaitement à l'arrière au besoin. J'adore.
I always have great service when I come to this Carters, I would rather drive more than go to the one closer to my house. The saleswomen are available and present to present the promotions to us and answer our questions, but are not intrusive. The store is large and clean and there is a small breastfeeding room at the back if needed. I love.
