★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service here! Trudy and Eric were friendly, helpful and supportive. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and it looked brand new when I got it back. Even looked cleaner on the inside, and it was sanitized. I would definitely recommend Carstar for vehicle repairs. I wish they did more things (mechanical, car starters, etc.)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is absolutely the WORST service I have ever encountered for vehicle repair!! Firstly they let my vehicle sit outside for almost 3 weeks before they actually brought it in to do an estimate, that was AFTER my insurance company & I both called numerous times asking what was going on, then they took another 2 weeks to submit said estimate. By that time my insurance company rental coverage was long past done & I had to pay out of pocket for another 6 weeks of rental as I need a vehicle for my job. Was told it would be done within 3 weeks, no calls or updates from anyone at any time, when I called April 1st vehicle it would be done by the 15th, here we are April 22 & today I had to call them (customer service??) & I was told April 28th. We will see if they actually have the work completed then or if I will even get a phone call?!?! They have had my truck for over 2 months and do not seem to care at all but continue to have an endless amount of excuses and not a single apology! Nor have they returned calls or called to let me know what is going on, customer service is the worst ever. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! If i could give them ZERO stars I would.

From the first time we talked on the phone to set up the appointment to the day I picked up my car they were fantastic. I suffered an injury with my accident and everytime we talked they made a point to ask me how I was feeling. The work done on my car is amazing and it feel like I am driving a new car. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
