★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed panel around my back tire on a car with no past accident and only 3 years old and within a year it is rusting through; they are taking no responsibility. Supposedly they cover 90 days, really 90 days? All other qoutes I got gave me at least a year or lifetime warrantee. No rust, anywhere else on my car, they did a terrible job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big talking promises but in actuality a poor job on the repair. A rip off because the original estimate was $2000 but took $3300 and did less than he said. And a 1 week repair took 3 weeks. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: they changed the headlight assembly, finally at no cost.
Took in my BMW for repair under insurance following an accident. They replaced the headlight assembly and the lens turned yellow within a few months. My original headlight is 11 years old and still crystal clear. They installed some cheap aftermarket part that lowered the value of my car. The quality of the paint job is not good either (there are specs under the paint and minor quality issues). I talked to them about the headlight getting yellow after only a few months - they don't care - warranty is 90 days.
I need to go for another unrelated repair now - I told my insurer NOT going there again, thanks! There are better options on the South Shore.
