★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its okay. No gates in the community. Floors are very light so you can hear people walking. Only one washroom in a two bedroom apartment. No covered parking.
Nice and clean. Have a pool and souna but only accessible in summers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are in a wonderfully safe and quiet neighborhood. They are walking distance from an elementary school, multiple bus stops, and stores. The balconies are huge and make entertaining in the summer a breeze! In the winter many tenants decorate their balconies with lights to make the community feel even more cozy. Overall, a great place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in a 2BR for over 18 years. I cannot say enough nice things about these places. The landlords were great, the maintenance was terrific and the tenants were all the best people you want to meet. The buildings are kept in great shape considering their age and closeness to amenities is wonderful. The resident managers were very nice to deal with and really helpful. I enjoyed my time there. It is a great place to live.
