à noter qu'un autre Carrefour Jeunesse de l'ßle de Montréal a accepté d'offrir leurs services à une de mes collÚgues, donc il ne s'agit pas d'une rÚgle d'emploi Québec.
Ajout : Je peux me rendre disponible dans la semaine et demander des congés, car je prends ma réorientation de carriÚre au sérieux. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un problÚme de disponibilité de ma part, mais d'une décision douteuse de la vÎtre.
If you work full time, but want to change careers, they can not help you. So if you keep your job in order to provide for your family and pay your rent, they can not offer their services. Very disappointing!
Note that another Kids' Island of Montreal has agreed to offer their services to one of my colleagues, so it is not a rule of Quebec employment.
Adding: I can make myself available in the week and request time off because I take my career seriously reorientation. It is therefore not a problem of availability on my part, but a questionable decision of yours.
