★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous owner seemed to only care about her friends. My family and I were treated poorly on several occasions. I am editing my previous post as new management was helpful and courteous to me in finding a toy to keep a toddler busy in the car for a few hours. Glad we have a childrens store in town now that treats customers well. We are happy to support this local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is fantastic! The owner is going through a re-vamp to bring in some amazing toys and gifts that are both unique and well priced. No longer selling anything used, Carousel Kids has moved in a new and exciting direction that no other local store offers! The staff is ridiculously nice and helpful. This is one of my most favourite places to shop for my kids and nieces and nephews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best children’s store in the area. Amazingly helpful staff and an owner that genuinely cares. As a high anxiety Mom that is always fretting over the quality and safety of the items I give to my daughter and loved ones, I love that I can shop here with confidence, knowing how important this is to them as well.
Super excited about the new direction the store is taking. While they will no longer be selling gently used items I can’t wait to see all the new and unique products they bring in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic customer service! One of the best experiences I have had in a shop, especially recently. We went in to buy our son shoes and even though a few pairs fit our son relatively well we were never pressured to buy as they weren't a perfect fit. We left with a few items and we will be back very soon for more. So impressed!
