★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience and cut. I have thick wavy hair and had let a bob grow out over the past year. Really needed to fix the shape and wanted to keep the length to keep it growing. She gave me a great low maintenance cut and kept the length. Super happy. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't able to relax, during the massage session, i have had several massages, and had no problems, but it was stressful, she was concentrating to much in my medical history, i filled a medical form, i think the massage shouldn't have being about talking, more about my illnesses, i was in pain and i only relaxed with the facil and pedicure. I am not sure i will be back. Because i previously had Massages and had left with no pain. Sorry but for the price, i was hoping for a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi was great but the gel French manicure on my natural nails was terrible. Not only was it a first experience with UV gel polish (aka Shellac), but it was in advance of my wedding. I had even shown the technician a photo of what I wanted, but went home with wobbly white tips and tiny bird claw shaped nails. Even more disappointing is that my nails were scratched up and chipped within the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two days in the city and really needed a haircut. I booked my appointment weeks in advance, and on the day of, the hairdresser was sick, which happens no big deal. But I don't like the hair cut I got with the level 1 hairdresser they gave me instead. The receptionist assured me she was qualified, but I disagree! It looks so weird! I thought it did, but I don't know enough about hair so I didn't feel confident enough to say anything. But it's ugly! And besides the hairdresser didn't have the best people skills either. She asked me if I'd recently given birth (I haven't) and she told me I looked tired and asked if I worked nights. I had to tell her 'that's just my face' so she'd drop it! I live really far and there are no hairdressers here, so I have to live with this haircut for a few months :'( :'(. My nails and eyebrows were great, but I don't think I'll be returning to this salon anymore.
