S	Steven Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Carmichael fire HVAC maintenance for my business. The ignition broke down in the winter, but they refused to take responsibility for it even though it woulds have been replaced on the previous inspection. ThTh charged extra to even look at it. Avoid.
T	Terry Warner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At about 7:15pm on Wed 11 March I was following a Carmichael-Eng marked van (lic. 112 6GB?) on Riverside Drive and then on 417 West bound. The driver seemed to be distracted (phone, coffee, eating, radio - don't know). At the lights on Riverside at Tremblay, there are two North bound lanes, and the righthand lane for the East bound 417 ramp. From the turn lane, the driver cut left into the centre lane of Riverside to cross the bridge. I had to brake to avoid him. Then on 417 West bound, the driver had trouble staying in the correct lane and keeping safe distances. When I pulled along side and saw the driver was a white male, balding and no glasses. I passed the vehicle at the Nicholas Street on-ramp, and didn't look back. Suggest a quick word with the driver about upholding the company image at all times. That and a reminder about distracted driving being the number one cause of accidents in Ontario.
M	Marty Musgrave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An elderly lady in my condo building was having AC issues for sometime, meaning not working at all. I noticed a Carmichael employee servicing the system in our building in Orleans today and asked him a couple of questions. Although busy he said he would come up and have a look at the issue. As it turns out, he not only looked, but was able to diagnose, grab the replacement part and return to repair the AC unit instead of making her wait. Please pass along a great debt of gratitude to Brandon Starr for his desire to help someone in need. He was also one of the most engaging and pleasant service specialist I have come across in a long time. Far too often, people focus on the job at hand - which in this case was strictly servicing the condos system - but he took the time out of his schedule and saw an opportunity to assist someone, without giving it a second thought. Just wanted you to know that in a cynical world, technicians like Brandon are making your company a 5 star business. Great experience and service expertise. We'll done!!
