★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Produce and meat quality are excellent. Pricing is a little high on regular items, but sale items are where it's at. It's apparent that Carmen cares about his products and his building. It's clean, well-lit, and I've never had a complaint with any of the produce offered here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have family in crossfield. We go to Carmen's often. Great medium size grocery store. Carmen, the owner, is always there to say hello with a smile as you ask for cut to order 3/4 sirloin steaks, or any other cut for the bbq! Now I'm hungry...lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive from Calgary to shop at Carmen's Bigway. They carry COOP Gold items which are not available in Calgary or even Airdrie. Great service from staff, excellent produce but not enough bakery items. Also, there are a few bare spots on the shelves but I believe they're doing the very best they can with current supply shortages. Well done folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This grocery store is in a small town, but they have never let my family down when there has been an item we needed. We are almost 25 minutes to larger, big box stores, but I am extremely thankful to be 3 minutes from Carmens. The only staff I have ever interacted with are the cashiers, but they are always very friendly, and ask if we've found everything we need. Another plus is that if there are more than 2-3 people in line to pay, the other lane opens immediately, I've never waited to pay for my groceries for more than a few minutes.
