This has to be the best shop in Ontario to get any auto body work done. Wow! I was so impressed with how professional the job turned out. My car looked like a brand new car off the lot! I also got less than half the quote I was getting around. Unbelievably cheap service!!! Thanks guy! Ricardo offered the best customer service. Came down just to receive my car on a Sunday since that was the only time convenient for me. For real, if you need an auto body work done, you won’t regret these guys! Carlesi did a beautiful job on both of ours cars! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends!! We had some rusted parts and foggy headlights that needed to be cleaned and painted and we are very happy with the service from start to finish. A great experience. No one likes to need car body repairs after a hit and run accident, but at least this shop made it as painless for me as possible. They did great work and were very nice to deal with. They dealt with my insurance company directly and they arranged for my rental car. They explained the process well and they delivered as promised. Carlesi Auto Collision was recommended to me by a friend. Having now used them myself, I am also very happy to recommend them to you. I felt like my car was in good hands.

I am not going to try and make this short as if you are doing research on body shops you will no doubt be investing time into finding the right one. After someone backed into my JDM 1994 Suzuki Cappuccino Limited I had to find a body shop. I went to a couple but ultimately decided on Carlesi based on price as well as their enthusiasm for doing my project. Jaqui and Jenny and Caesar were open and upfront from the beginning on what they would do and gave me a great price. I booked my car in and left it. They had to order parts from overseas which took a couple weeks so all told they had my car for just over one month. This wasn’t an issue as it’s not my daily driver. All along the way they would send me pics of the progress and even post the workmanship to their Instagram page for me and their followers to see. That shows pride in your work if you ask me. At one point I asked Jaqui if they could paint my wiper arms and give me a bottle of touch up paint. Jaqui replied that Caesar already had it on his list of things to do before I even asked. That is above and beyond. When I finally picked up the car it was as if I was picking up a new car. I am no slouch when it comes to details so I noticed it all and did they ever do a good job. The fibreglass body kit on the car was fixed up like new and refastened better then before. They installed all new trim I brought them and even polished and compounded the paint. The quality of the work is top notch. I can’t see any paint runs. The clear coat has no orange peel in it and it looks thick and glossy. The car literally looks brand new. Excellent service. They fix your car and work with your insurance provider. In a couple of days my car was completely fixed. I will recommend them to my family for sure! Update Jan 5, 2022: They go above and beyond for you to not have to worry about all the stress that comes from your car being hit or scratched. Will keep recommending them to everybody!!

The team at Carlesi did a great job at fixing and painting the bumper of my SUV. They also did a very professional detailing that left my car cleaner than ever. Their professionalism, expertise and punctuality really made a difference and I had my car back on the road in less than a week. Carlesi was amazing! They had my car for the week as scheduled and went above and beyond the service expected. Ricardo was very quick to reply to my concerns and communicated with me throughout the process. Cesar has an amazing eye for detail and great in the paint booth.
