Very unprofessional and please I suggest you look through your food and smell it before you feed your family or just don’t buy from them at all.

When I sat down in the van to eat, I was dissatisfied to find out that there was almost 0 chicken inside! I understand that typical chicken balls are mostly batter. Buuuuuttt... to find a piece of chicken the size of my thumb nail inside a ball as big as an 8ball ? was not cool! Luckily, I ate a proper meal at the fish and chips spot next door first. I was not hungry enough to even stomach the rest of this disappointment. Won’t be returning.

No flavour, stale food, refried portions. And they jacked up their prices too. Disappointing and shameful.

Almost the same but missing that little extra something that Finch location provides.. my usual order is pepper shrimp on veg fried rice and it's the best comfort food ever. I've heard great things about the Alex Chicken too...

The rice-mushy and gross, the spicy shrimp now bland as ever with the coating just rolling off, 'Caribbean' chicken - basically chicken. pieces fried in curry flour. Spent over $100 to feed our group and everything was embarrassingly gross had to turn around and order pizza. I didn't even call for a refund because I know that would go nowhere but do yourself a favor at my expense, avoid from here on out. I used to frequent this place often and hadn't had it in a while so decided to have it again only to be met with his... Omg. Not sure the owner or chefs changed but... Nope
G	Gopaul Persad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my first time getting take out from this location after previously eating from other Caribbean heat locations around the gta.I found that quantity doesn’t match the price which is expensive…The pepper shrimp had no taste,we also ordered pepper wings and got only the drumstick part of the wing and none of the actual wing part.The location itself looks very run down,I had to look twice before entering and inside wasn’t any better.My springrolls looked and tasted like it was fried in dirty oil..Never again!!

The 2 "sweet and sour" shrimp that came in #10 box and the 3 chicken balls in #2 were extremely dry and unappetizing. Sweet and sour at all other Chinese places is usually a saucy dish..this was just fried shrimp and chicken in a thick batter. The #12 BBQ chicken was just regular Chinese styled fried chicken. Was not pleased at all. The only positives were that, compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, their fried rice was flavorful and did not taste like plastic. And the beef was tender and not tough.
