★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the manager at this location is not the nicest person, he has an attitude problem. The last order I made there, I bought spicy crab and its was bad!!! Got home took the foil paper off and the meat was dark. Thankful my sister was there and told me it's not edible. Crab should never turn black no matter how much spice is put on. It blows my mind that restaurants want to feed people but yet selling customers bad food that could hurt them. Be more respectful for people who are spending their hard-earned money to be fed outside. Surprisingly I got my refund because in the past I had complained about an order and was told sorry no refund and they didn't give me another order. This tells me they knew they had sold something that was not edible and without a fight gave me my refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO BETTER !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food has gone downhill. The rice is stale. First time it happened I thought it was an honest mistake. Second time I thought because they were it was an oversight. Third time it happened I realized it was a pattern. So many better restaurants in the area that serve fresh food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was never great because the staff especially Paul, was very rude and disrespectful, but now on top of that the food now has gotten really bad if not for the ton of msg they are now using this food could not be stomached very bad place, don't go there go to encores instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eaten food here since the early 2000s, family from overseas, cousins get together, parents dinner, girlfriend, friends, pick uptake out. One thing I can tell you about this place is Paul is one of the rudest people you'll ever encounter in a West Indian resturant. Over the course of 20 years he has single handedly destroy the reputation of customer experience at this location. The only people who are nice are the waitresses.
To confirm, the food is hard, stale slimy and dry. The rice, meat, etc. The only thing that was worth it was the lunch buffet which was $14 all you can eat because you get to eat the pepper shrimp and other sea food unlimited. But this was pre covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. I've been eating here since high-school (roughly 15yrs). The fried rice with chicken wings are the best. And, about the manager, just make sure you know what you want and get on with your business. He's a busy guy.
